Kaveen is a Post Graduate (Information Technology) tuned trainer. He started his career as a UPSC Aspirant and as a Entrepreneur, in which he realized as a field where he could exercise his exceptional communication and people skills. He involved in Training and Development for the Past Five+ Years. He realized that his means of achieving success will be by helping others be successful, He has been in the Organizational Development, where he helps the budding organization to be on the track of development.
He is currently working as Learning and Development Associate in Flipkart Internet Private Limited. He is a Master NLP Practitioner, Life Coach. He is a Zone Trainer – Junior Chamber International, India. He has worked as the Director – Training and Placement in Spectrum College of Technology, Salem and as Assistant Professor and Placement Coordinator in KSR Educational Institutions. He is a Certified Trainer from Bodhih Training Solutions and BJS, Pune (EoG).

Apart from Training, he has varied interest like Travelling, Reading and Analysis of the recent Technologies. He has been following the path of mediation for the past 15 Years.
